Help me figure out what is wrong?

So I am not sure what it wrong and thought maybe someone on here could give me there opinion on it. I am 21 and in great shape I work out 4 times a week and play baseball the other 3 days during the week. I have never had any issues with any past injuries but in the past year I have had knee issues it feels like. They both cramp up and at times I have shooting pains in then that don't last long but the cramping is the worst. I also get a cramping in my thigh of my left leg and not sure if they have anything to do with each other but if they do thought I would mention it. I thought maybe I wasn't getting enough vitamins or potassium (I hate bananas) so I take a one a day and a potassium supplement to get some in me but it hasn't seemed to show a difference.

Not to make myself look gross on top of the cramping I have excessive sweating on my butt, it doesn't even have to be when I am playing or working out, it could just be a hot day and if I am going to sweat it is usually my butt first. This only started in the last year or two also and it is embarrassing and annoying so if you can give thougths on that too it would be great too.
