Help me figure out what animated movie this was.

Warning: The details I have on this are sketchy, and I'm about to tell you everything I know about it.

* I saw it on TV, late night. Toon Disney or Cartoon Network, one of the two most likely. Post-10pm, possibly into the early AM.
* Plot revolved around a football game. Characters were all animals, and in particular the 'star' seemed to be a bear on one team who wasn't allowed to play due to suspicion that he cheated in the game.
* There was very little, possibly no talking among the characters in the show. I think if there was any talking at all it was between sports commentators during the game. Everything else was acted out, exaggerated expressions, etc.
* I remember no title, certainly no character names.

Whatever this is, it's obscure. I haven't found so much as a screengrab of it. Granted, I don't have a wealth of information to go on. If anyone could help, I would appreciate it.
 
It was an American channel, whatever it is was. It could have been Toon Disney rather than Cartoon Network. Like I said, I've got unfortunately little to go on here, and am not asking this easily. Pounded google with every combination of words I could think up, and turned up nothing.

Thank you for Animalympics though, that's an interesting toon itself.
 
No, it wasn't Animalympics. As Dudley said, this had football.

Animation.. well, it was definitely not Ye Olde Toone or whatever. Post 80s, maybe post 90s. It didn't seem Disney- or big-bugdet- fluid. If I had to guess I'd say it was 90s era.
