Help me debate selfishness to be a virtue?

I believe that "selfishness is a virtue" in the Ayn Rand sense of the word. My Sunday School Teacher is totally against this philosophy and is going to "preach" against it this Sunday. He's challenged me to debate this in public. Are there biblical references I can use to turn his own sword (the bible) against him? I'm also open to other ideas.

You have no shame in what god has provided for you. You show the world your soul/true self when you show selfishness.
 
Honestly your best source (this is not a joke) would be the Satanic Bible by Anton LaVey. He talks throughout the book about focusing only on the needs of the individual and while not condoning any intentional harm upon others, he also makes an argument against guilt for things that you do that seem to negatively affect others but really are their own problems that they chose to inflict upon themselves and are not really any fault of your own.
