Help me choose insurance replacement

Long story short.. Insurance said they were going to send me something but sent something else. Called and I have three choices: Help me pick whats best in your opinion...

Samsung a727
Sony Ericsson W810i
HTC Faraday 2125

I had a Sony Ericsson S710a.

I kinda like the smartphone idea because it might help me stay organized (college student) But is the 2125 any good.

Get the W810i.

The 2125 is not that bad but it lacks WiFi and it's old. If Cingular offers the 3125, I would get it instead.
