Help Me Choose a Phone (Blackberry9700 users and Android)?

After t-mobile removing all my data, and replacing a 2nd malfunctioning Cliq phone I have the option of replacing it with a new one MotorCliq (android phone) or their offer of a blackberry 9700 (with a 2yr contract) for free
