Start over, and don't capitalize words unless they are a name, and then only the FIRST letter.
Pretty beauty is redundant, say "beautiful". "for be" a desert place needs to be changed to "as" a desert place.

Keep trying.
 
the cabo de la vela is in Colombia
and Guajira is a place here, it´s a city
so i wrote
... The cabo de la vela is Located in the extreme north of South America, Colombia and the guajira.
In the Cabo de la Vela are the settlements of the Wayuu community.
This place is characterized for be a desert place, pretty beauty and with a very low population density.
i wanna know if i can say A WAYÚU CUSTOM to speak about a dance that is showing in el cabo de la vela...
