Help me Activate Game CDkeys?

i just bought some cd keys from this guy but i havent activated them yet because i just got the keys and not the games and i want to activate them so just incase he wont activate them after i payed him and they wont work when i finally want to use them, can i somehow use any source to do this like a steam account but i could add any cd key, i got the cd keys to cod4,bf2,diablo,and diablo lod
