i wanna lose at least 60 pounds i want to know a good exercise plan like what to do and how long to do it please help? i do try and eat less but i don't know what to eat and how much to eat it i don't like vegetables though. please if ur gonna be rude nd not help don't even comment thank you in advance. oh i do do boxing at least 3 days a week and about 2 hours of it should i add anything to my boxing exercises
