HELP, LG XENON FROM FIDO WHAT IS A PUK CODE?

I'm going crazy right now. I was playing around with LG Xenon from Fido my phone and all of a sudden my phone is asking me for this "PUK Code?" How do I fix this?! I need my phone right now! Someone please help
