doesnt work. Suggestions.....? Hi I never used the cigarette lighter in my Lexus es300 1993..... . i recently bought a car cell phone charger and it doesn't work. I pushed in the cigarette lighter and it did not heat up. I replaced the fuse and it doesn't work........any suggestions will help...thanks so much,
