HELP!! lawyers or anyone who knows about law! infringment issue!?

In all honesty i bought 2 sweaters for my bf from a girl friend of mine. Stupidily didnt even think to ask if they were real or not. Didnt even know they made fake affliction. Anyways, didnt fit so i sold them on ebay for a decent price, not a crazy ammmount, like 80 bucks. This guy comes along and writes me a series of emails telling me he is reporting me to paypal, ebay trust, and afflictions lawyers and says these hoodies are going back into the hands of the afflictions lawyers. This guy has nothing to do with ebay or anything hes just totally trying to ruin my life!! What is my way around this?? please dont say im screwed give me a knowledgable opinion, cause im soo stressed about this!
 
so this other person is getting involved because of some sweaters? This guy has no right to be harassing you like this. He can report you but it's up to Ebay to actually be concerned about this.

I wouldn't worry about this guy. Start worrying if Ebay or someone actually contacts you.
