went and visited the google med center and tryin to grab some more opinions. been riding road less than a month(switchover from running because of knee pain).well i had been pedaling about a 70-85 cadence,10-15 miles with some decent mile climbs and such, kicked things up yesterday to about 90-100 in a higher gear on about a 15 miler, got some decent tenderness on the lower front of my knee,no swelling or bruising but a little pain. anyway all bike fit measurements are pretty decent, my pedals have about 4* of float, what do you think? should i build in slower? i know my muscles are weak because i can barely keep my HR up...sounds like overuse to me how bout you ? any training reccomendations? i really want to get back on my bike!
