Help! Jeep washed with Scotch-Brite pad. How do I remove the light scratches?

My dumb self thought it would be a good idea to wash one of my Jeep Wrangler doors with a Scotch-Brite pad. Now I have tiny scratches all over the door. The scratches are not in the paint. However, I can't seem to buff them out with any kind of towel. Any suggestions?
 
lol, try buffing compound, it can be found near the waxes and car polishes. it come in a can, like tuna fish. seriously...
