help?!?!? ive installed a motorola program and now i cant get the sound and it

says theres no sound device ? ok so i downloaded a program called motorola phone tools 5.0 and i notice all of a sudden i dont have sound where can i install the sound from i even tried playing music and it says that it couldnt play because there was no audio output installed so what do i do about that can anyone help me thanks
