V VincenF New member Jan 1, 2011 #1 So i didnt know my bedroom window was open and its about 7 degrees outside where i live. Somehow my window had been FROZEN OPEN! I can't close it it won't even budge! Any advice on what to do??? Lol thanks for all answers
