Hi, I'm from Singapore. This will be my first time traveling to Hangzhou, and it's also the first time I'm going to a cold country (yea i never been to my parents' country). I'll be going there from 26 Feb to 7 march and i know the weather during that period would be less than 10 degree celsius.
I'd like to know will this winter coat enough to keep me warm? lets say if i wear 2 layers of long sleeve shirt inside the coat, will the coat enough to help and keep me warm?
