I was walking on my street with my friend and she dropped her phone and it randomly turned off. She tried to turn it back on but it wouldn't. When we put it on the charger it turned on but as soon as we took it off it turned off again. I thought maybe it was just out of battery but then it turned off by itself on the charger. Now the phone is done charging but it won't turn on. Whats wrong? Can we fix it?
Help? Is the cell phone dead?
