Since this morning I have not been able to receive or make any texts or calls, and I tried resetting the network settings, as well as repositioning the SIM card and turning it off, but then the bars indicating my signal changed to "Searching..." and has been stuck like that ever since.
I've looked up both the support pages on Apple and AT&T, but all of them ask for a phone number to call. Since this is currently the only working phone I have around me, I can't call for support. I tried setting up web chat with an AT&T worker but perhaps I entered my information wrong and it locked me out.
I'm getting desperate, please help!
Yes my bill is paid. If I try calling, the call freezes while never ringing. Then when I try to hang up, it keeps trying to call again without my control. But none of the calls go through because the network is still "searching"
