Help Installing stereo in a 2001 Saturn SL1?

Trying to hook up a stereo to a 2001 Saturn SL1. I got a new wiring harness and I believe all of the connections are correct, but for some reason the stereo wont power up. I had previously installed subwoofers and am wondering if this would have anything to do with it. Any suggestions would be helpful
