Help I'm too nervous to talk to her? and how to make a good first impression?

One thing that I'm really nervous about is the initial conversation, as I'm usually called by my peers as cold, emotionless, and when a laugh is appropriate, I only smirk. I also don't think I look that good (I'm americanized asian with Drake Bell-like facial features and a tad longer version of the Daniel Craig haircut) In short, I'm just not really social/approachable/friendly as I want to become.

Heres the info in point form for easy reading

- I met her in drama club months ago but never talked to her in person

- Just added her on Facebook a two weeks ago.

- We chat almost everyday for about an hour.

- She is in Grade 9 and I'm in Grade 10

- Me and her get along quite well personality wise

- She probably knows that i like her because of my awkward questions

- "She" dumped her boyfriend 3 weeks ago for being a complete jerk

- She is a pretty social girl while I'm the really shy and nervous guy who never had a date.

- I have her number and she says that its ok to call her (Though my parents don't let me call anyone often and I have limited text)

- she seemed interested in me too because she said that she'd like to meet me in person and hang out with me sometime.

- And she didn't seem creeped out by me (I actually asked her if I was creeping her out for asking her to the dance too early, did i make a mistake)

Yeah, so should I just talk to her in person in Tomorrow's brief drama club meeting? (I only get to see her on that day because of diff. Lunch and classes.

BTW Most Important Point I have to say is that she's interested in talking to me too in person but she wants ME to initiate it. I was supposed to do it last week but then backed off when I realized that she was talking to a friend of hers. What if it happens again? What if I chicken out again or if she's talking to a friend again?

Thanks
