Help! I'm scared to talk to this pretty girl?

Ok call me a loser but this is serious , I am 16 and in the 11th grade, the girl i want to talk to is in 12th I know nothing about her but she is very pretty and my friends are calling me a b**ch becuz I wont talk to her. I really want to but everytime I see her I freeze up and punk out, everyone says she is a nice girl, but I just cant do it, please help me!
 
Try To know about here, take your time and know about her, what she like, she's already
in relationship or not ?? in the end tell her, you like her, if she's is yours, you should got it.. :)
