HOW HARD IS IT TO RE ENTER THE US ILLEGALLY FOR A 2nD TIME?
my husband of 6 yrs is now deported to albania but living illegally in Italy.
I am divorcing him bc He is mentally and verbally abusive. He has also pushed and hit me physically before. But i was always scared to leave bc he would stalk me and follow me everywhere and not leave me alone.
Now that hes in another country i have taken the opportunity to leave him. He sent his dad over to my house this morning to see if we could work a deal out so he can come back legal to the US. I SAID NO WAY! His dad said...well my son said Legal Or Illegal You will face him again in the US.
Obv they know where I live. I do not want to move. I am putting up an extra deadbolt on my front door and an alarm.
(Note: If he comes back to the US illegal before 10 yrs is up...and gets caught..he will be barred for life)
How can I protect myself without moving?
Do you think he will really risk this to "visit" me?
