Help i'm desperate! flash drive pics won't show up.?

I put pictures on my flash drive and i tried putting it on another computer but the pictures won't open on that computer. The computer i got the pics from was a vista and the one that i tried to view the pics in is an xp. Is that the problem? is there anyway i could get the pics to show up?
mguardian_north - The files are jpg but thanks for the advice. =]
 
What file format are the pictures? If they're something funky like XPS you'll have to download a program on the XP machine to view them. Try saving them as jpg, png, or even bmp.
