I am buying a used road bike from a person today, i want to know what type of paperwork do i need for him to sign the item over to me, i am paying cash so i want some sort of proof that i paid for it. Thanks!
like is there a form i can download/print that is like
"i sign over _________________(make/model/year..all the good stuff) to _______ (my name) on _______(date) for the amount of $900.00 in cash
---then ______(his signature) ______my signature
or do i have to manually make one of these forms? and
