Help ID this Ford part number?

I'm trying to ID who ran off the road at 4am and tore up my yard and kept going - leaving plenty of plastic trim and broken auto body parts. On piece has Ford stamped on it with these casting numbers: XL34-17D-07AAW and beneath that 99-749>PP+EDPM and beneath that CAV.1 What year make model?
correction on that part #: XL34-17D907AAW
 
well not going to help much but any ford dealer ship could tell you what it fit but then you would have to know how many of them are in town and thats not likely just report it to cops about all you can do other than drive down every street in town your out of luck
