OK about 3 weeks ago when I pulled up at my house at night the car behind me stopped, it was a small white hyundai with 5 large maoris inside. They looked pretty suspicious and were staring at my car, a nissan r33 skyline, before driving off. A week later at 2am I saw the same car and same guys back again outside my house, they got out and were standing by my car and bolted when they saw me looking at them. I have also seen them again another week later outside my house and today my dad said he saw a hyundai full of maoris pulled up in the driveway, obviously the same guys. Basically they have visited 3 times so far luckily someones been home each time and they haven't tried anything but soon they'll come round while I'm out/asleep and I think they will steel my car. I have been unable to get the license plates but i will try to and have told my parents to look for them, the car has insurance and a basic alarm but my excess is high being a young male (3k excess on a 8k car). What can I do? Should I contact the police at all or are there any theif deterrents that are cheap I could get? I'm a broke ass student so nothing expensive
I have looked on the internet a bit about my car and it seems that a) it is a very easy model to break into and b)its easy to move/sell stolen parts due to the high amounts of r33's that are crashed, ie: its a thief magnet
