help i need ya help with ma blackberry perl 8100 im not cing the music files poppin up?

i have an blackberry perl 8100 and i have a micro sims. i have the usb pluger to connect to the computer.anytitme i plug it in the apple computer i have a little problem. when i do that it say something bout intiviles r eject and i dont c the music file pop or anything. can some1 help me as soon as possible
