ok i know this might seem weird but for school (debate) have been doing stuff for environmental policy and i was reading on wilderness areas (long story). Well, i remembered something one a the park rangers had said at yellowstone (i think it's yellowstone. it was a pod cast from the national park service so one a the parks) that some of the park is designated wilderness area. Then i thought aren't wilderness areas something outside of a park (but still own by the government). I'm very confused now so if anyone can explain please do! Thanks
