Help! I need calibration settings for my Sony HDTV?

*Now I know everyone is different when it comes to calebrating they're TV, "personel preference" is what i will be getting but thats o.k. with me because as long as its the same model or around there it should be fine. My model is KDL40-EX500 Sony HDTV. I will just see for myself with everyones preference. Thanks
