Okay so, I'm 19, 5'6" and 140 lbs. I know this is probably a normal weight for a girl my age and height and I know I'm not fat in least. I just have a little bit of tummy chub I'd like to get rid of and I'd love to get toned by summer.
I'd like to say that I think my biggest problem areas are my tummy and my thighs. I just need a new exercise plan, as mines starting to get a little, well boring.
When at the gym I glue myself to the treadmill and the stairmaster things. I do a fair amount of crunches (with weights, the yoga ball, etc.) So maybe that will help. I really am an active person, I've been a dancer for four years but due to being a broke college student I had to stop taking my dance class. ): So, any suggestions?
