help! i need a healthy meal plan to go with my exercise to loose weight?

ok.
So i have decided to loose weight this year and get in shape for skiing in february to austria >:D
but i wanted to loose weight before that anyway so i ned help pleeeassee :3
thing is, i need a diet meal plan to fit in with my exercise routine so i was thinking somone could provide me with that :) ?
so here's the exercise i have started doing-

Monday Lunchtime's- Fittness sweet/ Gym ( 45 mins )
Tuesday after school - Dance ( 60 mins )
Wednesday after school- Netball ( 60 mins )
Thursday after school- Athletics (Hard) ( 60 mins )
Friday Lunchtime's- i have to do drama workshop which finishe's in june, but when that finishes i will go to the Fittness Sweet/Gym ( 45 mins )
Saturday- Ski Slope( 2-3 hours )
Sunday... Nothing

That's the exercise i do and i can't quit ANY OF IT i just need a DIETING food plan to go with it :3
