Help I need a font that looks like Mariah Carey's "Shake It Off" video. I

want my name like n glittering lites? Lightbulbs. So Does anyone recommend anything like this? Basically for M in Mariah you have 3 rows of pink lightbulbs making an "M" shape.

If you don't know one with dots (i guess you change it to whatever color in your adobe) something close to it would be great.
