HELP! I have two story ideas BUT can only write one!! please help!!?

okay well I CAN write both BUT heres the deal.
I have been writing a story for a while now, its going along well.
BUT now i have come up with another awesome plot (totally diffrent to the other) and I want to write that.
the thing is I kinda have to finish my other story because my mum will get angry at the fact that "i havent finished YET ANOTHER story"
I DO want to finish the other one but my inspiration has gone flat and moved on to the other story!!1

please help

keep your first one to the side. write ure next one. ignore ure mother. write what u want. if u wanna go back to ure first story, then go back to it. if not thats perfectly fine. just write wat u want, sweetie. ure inspiration is ures and ures alone. whatever u want
