HELP!! i have sweaty palms and feet.. read details plzzz?

ok so i have had sweaty palms and feet since i was a kid...sweat feet are ok...but having sweaty palms is really embarrassing...and...the sweat stopped a few months back...but it started again like 2 months before...i wanna know why did the sweat start again...or why did it even stop since i had the sweaty palms and feet since i was a kid.. plzz help
