Okay so I noticed my posture today and it's awful! I'm only 12 too i'm going on 13 though.
1) does high heels help posture?
2) can i fix it?
3) what other remedies are there besides surgery?
Oh and my back doesn't hurt either, it just aches from time to time. Help!!! I don't want to get a hunched back!!!
