The only way i can make the main screen turn on is if i call my phone. But i can't answer the calls because the phone is locked. When i try to unlock it, it doesnt let me click on the unlock button to type in my password. It just stays on the Unlock Emergency Call and Cancel Screen. Ive looked online and no one has anything to help me
