So I am selling my horse and someone who was interested in him had a vet check or what is also called a pre-purchase exam on him, which he passed amazingly. But the people paid for the exam and they decided to flake out on me and not purchase my horse. But now I have someone else who is very interested in him and I told them that he had an exam and passed it, so now they want to see the papers that confirm he passed the exam. So my question is can I get those papers from my vet even though I did not pay for the exam? Or can I not? Even though those people totally flaked out and didn't even get a hold of my vet after the whole exam and even though they paid for it. Please help! I need to know ASAP!!! Thanks!
