I have both a male a female betta in 10 gallon tank. I'm tryna breed them and this is my first time. I just bought the female today and when i put her in the tank with the male..he would chase her and show off his fins but all she does is swim away. I have a net breeder but when do i put them both in there and when do i take them out so they dont try to eat their young?? Why is she always swimming away from him? Also should i buy a tank heater?? Please help i'd appreciate it!
