Help!, I hate my V3c!

I have had this phone for about a week and a half and I hate it, the sound quality sucks, I'm actually on my second because the first one would dial numbers correctly and this new one has a broken hinge, what phone should I get? I was thnking about the samsung a930 is it any good?
 
Do us all a favor and LEAVE VERIZON! Cingular has great service, and your phone collection is 10x more considering 80% of the world uses GSM. You might want to consider the v3i, for GSM which can be unlocked for use with Cingular.
