Help, i got the red ring of death on my 360!?

My 360 was working just fine and out of nowhere the red ring of death pop right on my screen.FIRST I was just playing it then it started to get glitchy and started freezing on me.My 360 is a used refurbished one and I only had it for like 4 months,so please anyone help me tell me what i can do(besides having a warrant to get a new one).
