Help: I did bad on my first math test...?

So basically I had my first math quiz. When I was doing it, I blanked out and panicked. I got a horrible mark. I feel really bad because I KNOW this stuff.. I even took tutor over the summer and I understand everything... But I blanked out.. I have another quiz coming up, with the same content. What should I do?? It's my gr 12 year and I really need a good math mark...
