Help. I can't get the red paint off of my face!?

Last night I had red lines on my face with face paint that won't come off! I've scrubbed, used baby oil, olive oil, make up remover, everything. Any help??
 
Try using blue Listerine mouthwash. I was in a play a couple months ago that involved the use of fake blood, and it was all over my mouth and hands. Listerine was the only thing that would take it out. It should work the same way for face paint.
