HELP i accidently updated my jailbroken iphone 3gs?

so being an idiot that I am, I accidently updated my iphone 3gs to the new 3.1.3 software but now after it was done, i can only make emergency calls and itunes said that my sim is not compatible...omfg help im soo scared..my dad will kill me

did you unlock it and use a different carrier than atnt's sim card, if you did then you will have to unlock it again
