HELP: How to Backup SMS?

I read an article that says use Nokia File Manager. Well, I saved all the SMS on a folder in my PC. When I got the new firmware, I cant seem to put it back in my phone. And it shows that all the SMS in the Inbox in my phone(thru Nokia File Manager) are still there, but its not even on my phone anymore since it was flashed. I can still see them in my PC.

I don't think you can restore them because Windows saves them as a text file. This app was the closest answer I could find.
 
Viewing them thru Nokia File Manager, they are viewed as SMS files(with an envelope icon), problem is, I cant put it back to Inbox folder on my phone. Cant paste nor drag & drop.

Ill check your solution though. Thanks.
