I need some help on my project hence the question. I need a women who is over or 50 with work experience. If you would like proof of my project email me at [email protected] Glass ceiling is a metaphor meaning you can see the top of the "ladder" but there is an obstacle preventing you from reaching it unless you "break the glass" or overcome it.
Following Questions need to be answered:
1) Are you surprised that women today only earn .72cents of every dollar a man makes given equal education training? Why or Why not?
2)Describe any examples from first hand experience or that you have heard about with either gender discrimination or a glass ceiling in your world of work?
3)Describe 3 changes for women in the workforce from when you first started working to today?
