Okay, here it goes.
I'm 15 and i really feel like i need to lose weight. I'm not comfortable with my body but it doesn't help that i never exercise as im lazy! :/ oops.
I've taken all my measurements:
Height: 5'4"
Weight: Just under 9 stone
Waist:26.5 in
Hips:35.5 in
Chest:31.5in (Depressing)
Thigh:21 in
Calve:14 in
Arms:11 in (i think)
Basically i was just wondering what you think of my body? Is this healthy? I personally don't think it is and if anyone has any ideas on how to kick start a more ACTIVE lifestyle (i desperately need to exercise) i would be extremely grateful.
