Have a 1997 grand am and it wont start. we have tried charging the battery and put in a new engine. still nothing its completely silent. any help on what could be wrong with it ?
CHECK YOUR STARTER DID YOU PUT THE LITTLE WIRE ONTO THE SOLENOID ON TOP OF THE STARTER? ALSO MAKE SURE ITS IN PARK OR SHIFTED INTO NEUTRAL THEN TRY TO START IT. SINCE PUTTING IN A NEW ENGINE CHECK THAT ALL CONNECTORS ARE HOOKED UP. ALSO IS THE NEG CABLE GROUNDED TO THE ENGINE?
