I'm 14 and apparently I have really bad back and neck posture, my dad keeps blaming me for sleeping on 2 really tall pillows? So is he right? And my grandma has a hunchback so can it be genetic or just my issue? I really don't want to end up an hunchback and yeah I know it could lead to bad problems in the future T__T Its like whenever we go out my family comments on my posture and I always get yelled at to stand up straight. =S So does anyone know any specific exercises I could do that could help my posture?????? Also I don't think i can go to a physician or doctors and stuff like that so simple exercises ?
