HELP @ Google Chrome Internet Browser?

I've installed a Google Chrome Browser on my Desktop.
whenever i try to watch in Full Screen using Google Chrome it will not Display
anything. Instead it will just have a White or Green Screen.

I tried watching in full screen in Firefox and it works.

what could i do ?
