help getting the net ionic equation here?

I have figured out the equation from a written description to be as follows, and I know it's an acid-base reaction. How do i determine what the net ionic equation is?

NH4OH + NaOH -------> H2O + NaOH + NH3

can someone show me the steps? I really want to see how it's done. thanks!
